COACHING SUPPORT AGREEMENTS & POLICIES

I’m committed to your activated potential, personal wisdom and ready to support your inspiration and action for a lifestyle you lead in love. I want you to feel your ideal is being accounted for and your needs are fulfilled. This journey will require a serious commitment to yourself and a mutual respect between client and coach. My policies outlined below are meant to exemplify and uphold these intentions. Emergencies and special circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis, and with respect; the policies below apply to ALL services I offer.

Confidentiality

Every session is completely confidential. I create a “brave space” for sharing in order to encourage making the big changes necessary to reveal what it would be for you to reconcile the past and lead a fulfilling life. 

Scheduling/Cancellation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full (for the whole number of selected sessions) within 72 hours prior to start of the first session. If payment is not received, session will be cancelled.

Payment is accepted through Venmo,  Cashapp, a bank transfer or PayPal and credit cards can be used.

Every session is scheduled in advance. No shows, reschedule requests or cancellations received without adequate notice (at least 24 hours) will be charged full price for the missed session.  If after a cancellation the rescheduled session is a week out and canceled again then there will be a full charge for that rescheduled session. 

Sessions are scheduled in advance to be reserved exclusively for my clients. When a session is canceled or rescheduled without adequate notice, I am unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another current client, a client on the waitlist, or a client with an emergency. The cancelation policy is intended to protect my time, and for both your care and the respect of my other clients.   The decision to cancel for any reason other than serious illness or emergency should be heavily weighed against the benefit you would miss out on from keeping your personal commitment with your progress and the appointment.

Refund Policy

Choosing a life coach is a pivotal decision – it’s important to assess that it’s a good fit. Making sure we’re a good match is important to me and will greatly benefit us both – which is why I offer a risk-free introductory call and mini coaching session.  

In addition, after the paid initial deep dive 2 hour discovery session, after committing to a coaching series immersion, only a full refund is available to you after the first session should you decide you do not want to continue with the program. To receive this refund, you must notify me in writing within 48 hours after the initial session. Failure to do so will forfeit your opportunity for a refund.

One-time sessions are non-refundable. Retreats are non-refundable after 48 hours of the initial booking is confirmed in the schedule.

If you are late for an appointment please understand that respecting following appointments, we may still need to finish at the agreed time. However if you have not made yourself available within 20 minutes of our agreed start time I will presume you have canceled.

Unless extraordinary circumstances apply, a 50% cancellation fee (based on your total session fee) will be applied when a session is canceled less than 24 hours in advance. A 100% cancellation fee will be applied and auto-deducted when a session is canceled less than 3 hours prior to session time the same day. 

Exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis.

• 50% Fee Example: If your session is scheduled for March 28 at 4:00pm central time, you must reschedule or cancel your appointment no later than March 27 at 4:00pm central time to avoid being charged a 50% cancellation fee.
• 100% Fee Example: If your session is scheduled for March 28 at 4:00pm central time, you must reschedule or cancel your appointment by March 28 at 1:00pm central time to avoid being charged a 100% cancellation fee.
• Other situations: If a session is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance more than 3 times, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied to any future cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance for that specific client.
  • If a session is canceled or rescheduled with greater than 24 hours notice, no cancellation will be applied.
  • If a session is canceled or rescheduled at the request of Tanya or Wisdom Warrior Rising LLC  no cancellation fee will be applied
